What we collect
When you sign up for the free recipe pack or the cookbook early list, we collect your email address. That's it.
What we use it for
- To send you the free recipe pack you asked for.
- To send occasional emails with new lazy recipes and news about the Lazy Girl Fit cookbook.
We don't sell or rent your email to anyone.
Who handles it
Emails are sent and contact lists are stored with Resend (resend.com), our email provider. The site is hosted on Vercel. They process data only to provide those services.
Unsubscribing and deleting your data
Every email has a way to unsubscribe. You can also email hello@lazygirlfit.store and ask us to delete your address, and we will.
Health information
Recipes and nutrition numbers are general cooking information and estimates, not medical or dietary advice.
